In addition to the commercial aspect of the business, Al Marge provides value added services to the marble industries. Al Marge targets the higher end of the Architectural Construction Stone requirements. Stone has gained a lot of popularity in its usage in construction industry and today almost all the modern architectural designs both interior and exterior include the final touch of different shades of stone. We have an exclusive list of clientele ranging from Interior designers, Consultants, Project Managers, Developers to Personal clients. Our Showroom in Sharjah forms the integral part of the asset of Al Marge and it serves the walk-in cash clients.

Water jet:
Two computerised Water jet machines have been installed in early 1996 and serving us to cut any intricate decorative designs, geometrical designs and Logos in marbles, granites, brass and steel sheets of various thicknesses.

Automated slab line range of Flaming and Sand Blasting machines:
With a capacity of 100m² per day the above machine provides Rough Texture finish for marble and granite.

Automated Polishing line for Tiles:
This machine can polish 100m² per day.

Automated Computerised CNC Profiling machine:
This machine cuts, carves, embosses any shapes, letters on marble with the help of the software.

Automated 3 Axis Wire Cutting Machine:

This automated computerised machine cuts columns of various shapes from stone blocks of sizes up to Width 200cmxLenght 260cmxHeight 160cm. The cutting wire is diamond sintered and each wire works up to 600 to 800 LM depending on the cutting shapes. This machine can cut up to 60cm per hour on Marble and 15cm per hour on Granite.

Multifunctional manual units:
To shape and polish internal and external contours with or without template on every kind of profile, sink cut-out and recess drains, frame works and skirting boards, grooves (inclined and flat) and slots on edges (straight and shaped) and round works in semi-automatic processing (on the turntable optional).

Overhead Cranes:
Two overhead cranes of lifting capacity of 5 Tons each in the manufacturing area facilitates movement of materials in and out of the machines.

Gantry Cranes:
Two Gantry cranes of 32 Tons and 25 Tons of lifting capacities are operating in the 2 stock yards of a total area of 40,000 sq.ft. These cranes cover almost 50% of the yard enabling easy movement of stock.

Waste water Recycling Plant:
This plant has the recycling capacity of  18,925 Litres of waste water with the marble mud.

Water Purifying Plant:
This plant has the purifying capacity of  4,000 Litres of Ground water.

Green Environment:
Al Marge cares Environmental safety and disposes its Bio-degradable waste (Marble Mud) periodically to the Municipality allocated dumping yard.

Al Marge goes Green on Power by installing Solar Wind combined Hybrid power system for its office equipments.

Quality Check:
Quality and perfection are the keys to our success. The manufactured materials are dry-laid on our factory floor to check the sizes, matching of designs, damages if any and are numbered for easy installation at site. After the inspection by our QC person the pieces are disassembled and packed for dispatching.

Packing and Dispatching:
Al Marge values customer satisfaction as its topmost priority and reflects it in every stage of its Project execution. Right from securing the order till delivering the material care is taken even to the minute detail. Materials are packed with wood in a secured manner and dispatched to the clients.
